COVID-19: A FURTHER UPDATE FROM TEAM TCC

Whilst we wait with bated breath on the Prime Minister’s brief regarding COVID-19 lockdown measures this coming Sunday, we wanted to share with you our preparations in readiness for re-opening, which will now not take place on Friday 8th May as previously communicated.

We are putting into place social distancing measures in order to ensure we keep you safe as well as our valuable team when it is possible to visit us. This includes hand sanitizing stations, protection screens on the service counters and the adoption of cleaning routines of customers vehicles and our dealership.

Our telephone lines are OPEN as is our online website chat and although we are unable to serve you at our indoor showroom, we can offer help, advice and sales information online or by phone.

Online Shop

Our online shop remains open for business and we have continued to dispatch goods safely throughout the lockdown period and will continue to do so.

Simply visit our online shop to view our full range of available products or visit our eBay store to check out our clearance items.

Service Department

As promised, once an opening date is known our workshop will give priority to customers that already had an existing booking during the lockdown period. Simon and his team will be on the phone ready to reschedule service bookings and accessories fittings. As always, we will take the utmost care when working on your vehicle and will ensure that a cleaning routine is completed following job completion. Will be working on a ‘drop and go’ service to enable you to drop off your caravan, car or motorhome with minimal contact to ensure we adhere to the social distancing rules, similar to the supermarkets.

Sales

We have been able to produce videos and can offer video tours via our website enquiry form. This is a new feature which will enable customers to request either a live video or can view our product videos, as you can see below:

Keep your eye out on our website and social media channels more information on our re-opening sale! Due to the restrictions on international travel we are expecting strong demand for our products.

Above all, we take staff and customer safety seriously and working hard to ensure we offer you the same standard of service that you have come to know us for whilst adhering to Government advice on COVID-19.

As the situation progresses and we know more about the easing of lockdown measures, we will keep you updated on when we’re going to re-open through our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay safe and keep positive.
