REOPENING ANNOUNCEMENT: MARCH 2021
We’re pleased to announce that we’re working towards a phased re-opening of our caravan service centre, caravan showroom and accessories shop! Read on to find out more.
SERVICE CENTRE, PARTS & AFTERSALES
Our service centre, parts team and aftersales department will be resuming service on Monday 29th March 2021*.
On this date, the ‘stay at home’ order is due to be lifted. From this date onwards, the guidance is to keep travel to a minimum and to remain within your local area.
Whilst public access to non-essential businesses is not permitted at this time, we are able to offer socially distanced appointments for collecting vehicles and delivering vehicles for servicing or repair.
CARAVAN SHOWROOM & ACCESSORIES SHOP
The caravan showroom and accessories shop will be reopening on Monday 12th April 2021*.
This is the date the Government have advised that non-essential retail businesses can reopen.
All visitors to our showroom and shop will be required to wear face-coverings (unless exempt) and to follow social distancing recommendations. So that we can manage foot traffic and ensure social distancing is maintained, we are asking all customers to book an appointment to visit us. This can be done by phone or by email.
STAY IN TOUCH
After an unusual year, we can’t wait to open our doors and welcome our customers back. We’re thankful for the continued loyalty and support of our customers during these difficult times.
Until we reopen, you can still call us on 01752 341133 (or leave a message on our answerphone) with any questions or queries you may have. Alternatively, you can email the relevant department through our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
You can also stay in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to get the latest news and updates on reopening and our services. You can also take a look through our caravan tours, maintenance tutorials and how-to guides on YouTube, or via our Help & Advice page.
