LOCKDOWN #3 STATEMENT

Further to the announcement by the Government of a third national lockdown, we will be closed from Tuesday 5th 2021. We will remain shut throughout lockdown #3 and will reopen once these restrictions have eased, in line with Government guidance.

Read on to learn more about how lockdown #3 will impact on our different departments.

WORKSHOP

For customers with a service or repair booked during the lockdown period, we will be in touch to reschedule this appointment as soon as we’re able. Please note – we are encouraging our customers to re-book their appointment when we get in touch. This will guarantee you a priority booking if we have to reschedule again, due to an extension of lockdown or continued restrictions on business operations.

We are unable to offer a Collection and Delivery service at present. This, unfortunately, is not a viable option, due to several storage sites closing.

WARRANTIES

For those customers who are concerned about their warranty, we are pleased to advise that manufacturers are relaxing their scheduling periods during these unprecedented times. This is to help customers affected due to self-isolation, ongoing lockdown and temporary business closures. 

ONLINE SHOP & PLYMOUTH RETAIL SHOP

Our shop is closed to the public during lockdown and our online shop is currently offline and being worked on, in readiness for new product lines.

CARAVAN & CAMPERVAN SALES

All our new caravans and campervans are listed on our website. We will also be adding any stock that arrives in our showroom over the coming weeks. Our team can take orders over the phone if you would like to secure early availability, something that is highly recommended. 

We will continue to offer our video tour service which will give a personal walk around your preferred caravan. This is a great way to browse our range of caravans from the comfort of your own home during this lockdown period.

If you are looking to sell or part-exchange your caravan, motorhome, camper, we are still able to give you a competitive quote over the phone. We can also arrange to collect your vehicle in a COVID-secure manner.
